As you can imagine, our love for cheese and specialty foods is filled with enormous interest and passion. After years of being in the food and wine trade, we have often found that a classic approach to selecting new products has always worked best: if it tastes good and shows excellent value, it will certainly be easy enough to get behind. As it is important to evolve with the products we enjoy so much, we continue to grow and exercise our palates with many new and exciting flavors. We look closely for unique expressions and components of balance and taste, finding just the right window of ripeness in which the producer intended.

It is our job to discover the best of the best out there, and we don't take it lightly. It can be a bit messy at times, but someone has to do it, and we're willing to sacrifice our lives for your epicurean desires!
